Minh Pham graduated from Maryland University with a degree in Decision Information Sciences. For over 12 years he’s been helping entrepreneurs, homeowners, investors, sales professionals, small business executives, landlords, and real estate investors to streamline their systems, increase output and efficiency, and decrease stress.  With the publication of ‘Turnkey Software for Successful Real Estate Investors,’ he’s been quoted as ‘the consultant who has produced the most comprehensive real estate software program for residential real estate investors nationwide’ by local and national real estate investing association board members.

Minh is formally trained as a financial planning strategist for small businesses and individuals within the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC areas; Minh is also recognized as a real estate investment lecturer on the topics of creative real estate investing. Minh got started in real estate while in college to pay for school expenses and tuition as early as 1994 renovating homes and using turnkey systems to run a successful contracting and painting business.  Currently, he owns several estate investing companies: (1) Phamtastic Properties, LLC; where he buys commercial and residential real estate for acquisitions and investments (2)Phamtastic Investments, Inc. – where he raises private funds for ‘Rehab & Sell’ and ‘Rent to Own’ projects; (3) Guarantee Profits, LLC, - where he helps mentor his seminar-student-investors with profitable real estate investments; (4) Real Estate Investment Specialists, LLC for Green Building and Sustainable Developments and Minh also owns, (5) Walking on Water, Inc., a non-profit organization, to complement other ventures and benefit low income families that are unable to participate in commercial markets without assistance.  WOW is closely associated with the activities of various commercial companies. Those companies already place properties with low income people but must ignore a growing segment of the market. WOW aims to develop this ignored segment.
